We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Programme Coordinator to join our People & Wellbeing (P&W) team. This role provides the opportunity to work across P&W on both highly visible and structured programmes of work. You will be supporting the three agencies to ensure they are developing and growing their people so they have the capability to deliver now and in the future.

The Programme Coordinator manages the effective and efficient running of the Learning & Development (L&D) training programme and provides the full range of coordination and administration support relating to training courses, facilitators and attendees. This role also provides support to the Treasury Programme Advisor to ensure the smooth delivery of the Graduate and Intern Programme.

This role is not for the faint-hearted, you'll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive straight in. We are looking for a talented Programme Coordinator who can hit the ground running and successfully deliver, evaluate and improve our offering.

About You

  • Previous experience in programme delivery including end-to-end coordination, contract management, programme evaluation and reporting
  • Experience working in a busy HR environment, with an understanding of HR & Finance systems and processes
  • Highly developed administration, organisational skills with a flair in the compilation and the coordination of people and resources
  • Excellent facilitation skills and confident presenting on your feet
  • Highly effective planning and organisational skills, including time management and prioritising work in a complex work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Customer focused, team player who has a natural ability to work collaboratively to ensure programmes are delivered successfully.
